1. Approve $12,500 from the General Fund to support the implementation of the MOU between the City and Consulado de Mexico.

Adopt Resolution No. 16- , A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO APPROVING A REVISED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU") BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE CONSULADO DE MEXICO PART OF THE SECRETARIA DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PARTNERING TO ESTABLISH, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A CULTURAL CENTER (CASA DE LA CULTURA) AT THE OLD POST OFFICE PAVILION

14. Update regarding approaches to homeless issues
