8. Approve Denial of Application for Permission to File Late Claim regarding Jesus Zazueta as recommended by El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) Claims Administrator.

9. Authorize the filing of the fiscal year 2016-2017 claims with Imperial County Transportation Commission (ICTC) for Public Transportation pursuant to: 1. Article 8(e) of the Public Utilities code for bus benches/shelter in the amount of $18,785. 2. Article 8(e) of the Public Utilities code for 7th/State Street bus terminal in the amount of $45,000. 3. Article 8(e) of the Public Utilities code for regional maintenance and upkeep benches/shelter in the amount of $25,000 4. Article 3 of the Public Utilities code for bicycle and pedestrian facilities in the amount of $37,300.

10. Adopt Resolution No. 17- , RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH AMERINAT TO PROVIDE ESCROW AND LOAN SERVICING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF EL CENTRO'S HOUSING PROGRAMS
