8. 2nd Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 18-01 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE CITY CODE TO CLARIFY PROVISIONS OF SECTION 24-7 AND ADDING ARTICLE XII PROVIDING FOR VOLUNTARY LOT MERGERS, waive reading and adopt by title only.
