1. Public Hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding the Housing Element Annual Progress Report January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.

PRESENTATION: Norma M. Villicana, AICP, Director of Planning and Zoning

RECOMMENDATION: Acceptance of the Annual Progress Report on the Implementation of the City of
El Centro Housing Element covering the period from January 2011 through December 2011.

2. Public Hearing to solicit public input, make any changes or modifications to the Draft 2012-2013 One-Year Action Plan prepared for funds under the CDBG Entitlement Program and subject to a 30 day public review period.

RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Resolution No. 12- , RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO APPROVING THE ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR THE 2012-2013 CDBG FUNDS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
