for the La Brucherie Avenue Road Widening Project.

Adoption of Resolution No. 15-_____ approving Mitigated Negative Declaration No.
13-04 with Mitigation and Monitoring Reporting Program for the La Brucherie
Avenue Road Widening project.

5. Public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission
on Negative Declaration 14-02, prepared for Change of Zone 14-02 and
General Plan Amendment 14-02. Negative Declaration 14-02 analyzed the
environmental effects resulting from Change of Zone 14-02 and General Plan
Amendment 14-02. Change of Zone 14-02 proposes a change of zone from
R1 (Single Family-Residential) to CH (Heavy Commercial) for the eastern half
of a 2.67 acre parcel located at 1203 N. Imperial Avenue. Concurrent with the
change of zone, a General Plan Amendment is required to amend the Land
Use Map for consistency with the Zoning Map.

GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 14-02- A PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE FROM R1
(SINGLE-FAMILY) TO CH (HEAVY COMMERCIAL) AND GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING MAP, CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 2.67 ACRES OF LAND, LOCATED AT 1203 N. IMPERIAL
AVENUE, AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF IMPERIAL AVENUE/SR86 AND
VILLA AVENUE (EXTENDED), FURTHER IDENTIFIED BY APN 044-262-020
