Upon advice of its legal counsel the City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d) (1) regarding the following cases: Marco A. Garcia and Alicia Arroyo Garcia, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, Case No. 19-05994-13; and America Berryman v. City of El Centro, Imperial County Superior Court - Small Claims Court ESC 000708.

TRADE SECRETS
The City will recess to closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 37606.1 for the purpose of discussion of and/or deliberation on reports involving hospital trade secret(s) as defined in subdivision (d) of Section 3426.1 of the Civil Code and which is necessary, and which would, if prematurely disclosed, create a substantial probability of depriving the hospital of a substantial economic benefit. Discussion will concern new services, programs or facilities at El Centro Regional Medical Center; the estimated date of public disclosure - December 2020.
LABOR RELATIONS NEGOTIATIONS
The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 to meet with City Representative Teri Brownlee, Human Resources Director, for the purpose of reviewing the City’s position and instructing its representative(s) regarding compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits, or, as applicable, other matters dealing with mandatory subjects within the scope of representation pursuant to Government Code §3504; negotiating with All Department Heads, All Unrepresented Units, All Bargaining Units.

Unless the Mayor extends the time, there is a three (3) minute time limit for each public presentation. If you wish to address the Council concerning any other matter not appearing on the agenda, you may do so during the public comment portion of the agenda.

shortfall and authorize the City Manager to take the steps necessary to
purchase the truck.
11. Authorize the proposal from National Auto Fleet Group (“NAFG”) for the
purchase of One (1) 2 wheel drive 2020 Chevrolet Silverado MD Crew Cab
Service Truck through Sourcewell (Formerly NJPA).
