CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1275 MAIN STREET EL CENTRO, CA 92243 Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of the City of El Centro has called a Special Meeting of the El Centro City Council to consider the item(s) on this agenda. 

The public is invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting to be answered at the meeting. Please email your questions to CityClerk@cityofelcentro.org or call 760-337-4515 (you may leave a message) by 11:00 am on Friday, April 17, 2020. 

THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER, WHICH SUSPENDS CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF THE RALPH M. BROWN ACT. 

COUNCIL MEMBERS MAY ATTEND BY TELECONFERENCE.

RECOMMENDATION: Receive updates on COVID-19 Coronavirus and respond to questions. 

PUBLIC COMMENTS Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter on this agenda is asked to complete a “Speaker Slip” and submit to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Unless the Mayor extends the time, there is a three minute limit for each public comment. No comments on non-agenda items will be heard at this Special Meeting.
