6.         2nd Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 13-27, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO AMENDING SECTION 5-1 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF EL CENTRO RELATING TO KEEPING OF CERTAIN ANIMALS, waive reading and adopt by title only.

 

7.         Approval of Resolution No. 13-    , RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH CASTAÑEDA & ASSOCIATES TO CONDUCT AN ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING CHOICE AS A COMPONENT TO THE CITY OF EL CENTRO’S 2014-2019 CONSOLIDATED PLAN UNDER THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
