5.         2nd Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 14-07, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF EL CENTRO REPEALING CHAPER 18, ARTICLE IX, DIVISION 1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO RELATING TO REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER RESTRICTIONS, waive reading and adopt by title only. .

 

6.         Approval of the rejection of claim regarding Laverne Sampson as recommended by Insurance Carrier.

RECOMMENDATION:  Approval of Ordinance No. 14-    , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO AMENDING SECTIONS 25-59, 25-61, 25-62, 25-63, 25-64, 25-66, 25-67 AND 25-69 OF CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE IV OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX, waive reading and approve as a 1st reading and direct staff to schedule second reading and adoption of Ordinance for the April 15, 2014 Regular City Council Agenda.
