Approval of Ordinance No. 15-__, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO, CALIFORNIA AMENDING SECTION 29-298(e), AND ADDING SECTIONS 29-300 THROUGH 29-300.7 TO DIVISION 3 OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 29 ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION IN THE CITY’S LAND USE, ZONING AND BUILDING REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO FAIR HOUSING LAWS, waive reading and approve as first reading and authorize City Clerk to place on the next agenda for second reading and adoption.
