PRESENTATION: Norma Villicana, Community Development Director RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Resolution No. 15- , A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO ADOPTING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION NO. 14-05 WITH MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR PROJECT: CHANGE OF ZONE 14-04 AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 14- 04 A PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE FROM R1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO CN (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING MAP, CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 4.323 ACRES OF LAND, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LA BRUCHERIE AVENUE AND W. 13. Public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on General Plan Amendment 14-04 to amend the General Plan Land Use Map. The proposed amendment consists of changing the land use designation of the parcel located at the southwest corner of La Brucherie Avenue and W. Main Street from Low Density Residential to General Commercial to be consistent with Change of Zone 14-04 affecting the same property. MAIN STREET FURTHER IDENTIFIED BY APN 052-792-011.

14. Public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on Change of Zone 14-04. The project proposes a change of zone from R1 (Single Family Residential) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) for property located at the southwest corner of La Brucherie Avenue and W. Main Street.
