Continued Public Hearing (“TEFRA” hearing) from August 2, 2011, to consider the approval of the issuance by the California Municipal Finance authority (CMFA) of tax-exempt bonds in an amount not to exceed $9,600,000 for the purpose of financing of the acquisition, construction, and development of a 72 unit multifamily housing residential project to be located at the northeast corner of North 8th Street and (future) Bradshaw Avenue, commonly known as the El Centro Family Apartments.
