Adopt Ordinance No. 18- , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE CITY CODE TO CLARIFY PROVISIONS OF SECTION 24-7 AND ADDING ARTICLE XII PROVIDING FOR VOLUNTARY LOT MERGERS, waive reading and approve as first reading and authorize City Clerk to place on the agenda for second reading and adoption.
