Approval of loan request in the amount of $100,000 for NUMA, Inc., DBA La Resaca & The Loft by the El Centro City Council acting as the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Program Loan Administration Board (LAB).
16. Discussion and any necessary action regarding the award of the Plank Park Phase II Improvements Project

Approve the establishment of a Community Advisory Committee for the Land Use, Mobility, and Environmental Justice Element Update of the General Plan; and appoint a City Council Member to serve on the Community Advisory Committee.
