ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation against the City.
A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council on the advice of its legal counsel, based upon existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation against the City under Govt. Code Section 54956.9(d)(2). There are two potential cases based upon claims filed against ECRMC and the City by potential plaintiffs Zamora and Scott. The claims may be viewed in the information section of this agenda.

PERSONNEL MATTERS
The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957 to consider the a) the evaluation of the City Manager; b) the evaluation of the City Attorney; and c) the appointment and employment of a City Clerk.
NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
This is a public meeting. Persons wishing to address the Council are not required to identify themselves (Gov’t Code § 54953.3); however, this information assists the Mayor by ensuring that all persons wishing to address the Council are recognized and also assists the City Clerk in preparing the City Council meeting minutes. 19. Repurposing of Measure P Funds for Humane Society Project
