Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of the City of El Centro has called a Special Meeting of the El Centro City Council to consider the item(s) on this agenda.
THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER, WHICH SUSPENDS CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF THE RALPH M. BROWN ACT. COUNCIL MEMBERS MAY ATTEND BY TELECONFERENCE.
The public in attendance must practice social distancing and may choose to be outside. The meeting may also be viewed through livestream through www.facebook.com/

RECOMMENDATION: Discussion and direction from City Council regarding the request for a letter of support.
PUBLIC COMMENTS Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter on this agenda is asked to complete a “Speaker Slip” and submit to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Unless the Mayor extends the time, there is a three minute limit for each public comment. No comments on non-agenda items will be heard at this Special Meeting.

AYUNTAMIENTO SALA DE JUNTAS DEL CONSEJO
Por medio de la presente se da aviso de que el alcalde de la Ciudad de El Centro ha convocado una Junta especial del Consejo de la Ciudad de El Centro para considerar los puntos en esta agenda. Esta reunión se llevará a cabo de conformidad con las disposiciones de la orden ejecutiva del Gobernador que suspende ciertos requisitos de la ley Ralph M. Brown Los miembros del consejo podrán participar por teleconferencia. El público presente deberá practicar el distanciamiento social y podrá elegir mantenerse afuera. RECOMENDACIÓN: Recibir actualizaciones sobre el Coronavirus COVID-19
COMENTARIOS PUBLICOS: Cualquier persona que desee dirigirse al Consejo de la Ciudad sobre cualquier asunto en esta agenda debe completar una "Papel de Orador" (Speaker Slip) y entregarlo a la Secretaria de la Ciudad antes del inicio de la reunión. A menos que el alcalde extienda el tiempo, hay un límite de tres minutos para cada comentario público. No se escucharán comentarios sobre temas que no sean de la agenda en esta Junta Especial.
