Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of the City of El Centro has called a Special Meeting of the El Centro City Council to consider the item(s) on this agenda. THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER, WHICH SUSPENDS CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF THE RALPH M. BROWN ACT.
