CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNS INTO CLOSED SESSION CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION LABOR NEGOTIATIONS

The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 to meet with City Representatives Marcela Piedra and Dulce Bedolla, Human Resources Director, for the purpose of considering employee compensation in the form of fringe benefits, or, as applicable, other matters dealing with mandatory subjects within the scope of representation pursuant to Government Code Section 3502; negotiating with all bargaining units and unrepresented employee within the City. NEGOTIATIONS REGARDING ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.8 to give instructions to the City's negotiator, Marcela Piedra, City Manager, regarding negotiations with Richardson Griswold, Receiver, which instructions will include price, terms of payment, or both, including use restrictions and other monetary related considerations for the purchase of vacant property located at 595 W. Main St., El Centro. CLOSED SESSION REGARDING EL CENTRO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 37606.1(b), for the purposes only of discussion and deliberation on reports involving hospital trade secrets as defined in Civil Code Section 3426.1(d) which, if prematurely disclosed, would create the probability of depriving the hospital of a substantial economic benefit. There will be discussion of three (3) items: hospital service, hospital programs and the hospital facility.
