CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION: REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATION The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Govt. Coe Section 54956.8 to give instructions to the City's negotiators (Cedric Cesena, Interim City Manager, Abraham Campos, Public Works Director, Adriana Nava, Community Services Director, and Angel Hernandez, Community Development Director, regarding negotiations with ICOE for the lease or purchase of a portion of Parcel 2 at Valley Center Plaza, which instructions include those as to price, terms and other monetary consideration. PERSONNEL MATTERS The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 to consider the process for appointment of a city manager. POSSIBLE LITIGATION A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council upon the advice of its legal counsel, and based upon existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant possibility that the City will initiate litigation under Govt. Code Section 54956.9(d)(2).
