LABOR NEGOTIATIONS The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 for the following purposes of considering employee compensation in the form of fringe benefits, or, as applicable, other related matters within the scope of representation for the Police Commander position and regarding the POA longevity clause, and compensation for the Public Works Department Chief Mechanic position.
