7.         Rejection of all Bids received on October 24, 2013 for the Imperial Avenue Sewer Pipeline Project and direct staff to redesign project. 

 

8.         Approval of Resolution No. 13-    , RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO AWARDING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT POST-EARTHQUAKE REPAIR PROJECT TO CORA CONSTRUCTORS, INC.

 

9.         Approval of Resolution No. 13-    , RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL CENTRO APPROVING A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT AND ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE AND RELATED DOCUMENTS WITH CHELSEA INVESTMENT CORPORATION
