EL CENTRO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Pursuant to Govt. Code Section 37606.1(b), for the purposes only of discussion and deliberation on reports involving hospital trade secrets as defined in Civil Code Section 3426.1(d) which, if prematurely disclosed, would create the probability of depriving the hospital of a substantial economic benefit. There will be discussion of three (3) items: hospital service, hospital programs and hospital facilities. ANTICIPATED LITIGATION BY THE CITY Significant Exposure to Litigation Against the City pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(d)(4). A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council on the advice of its legal counsel, based on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant possibility of litigation initiated by City. There is one (1) potential case. NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC This is a public meeting. If there is an item on the agenda on which you wish to be heard, you are asked to complete a blue speaker slip and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
